FAQs

not to worry - it's natural to have questions.

What is the temperature of the room?

The temperature of the room varies depending up the humidity, heat, and amount of people in the room.  However, we aim for below body temperature, about 95 degree heat index, for warm classes and above body temperature, about 110-112 degree heat index, for hot classes.

What if I get too hot?

If you start to feel overheated you can come down on your mat to drink some water and towel off. Your practice is whatever you want it to be. If you have step out of the room that is ok, we hope you make it back in for Savasana. We just ask you be kind and considerate to your neighbor and their space.

Is there anything I need to bring?

Nope. We have everything you need to enjoy a class. We rent mats, have bottled water for sale, and offer complimentary hand towels to wipe the sweat off. You can bring your own stuff, but in case you forget something we have you covered.

Do I need a special mat for hot yoga?

In Hot Yoga you will find that you will sweat from places that you didn’t know was there. Though any mat will work, we recommend a few different types of yoga mats that will help ensure safety and comfort for you in times of sweaty experiences. Our trained staff are happy to educate you on the different types of mats we offer and you can try them out to see how you like them. We rent them out for $1.

How do I sign up for a class?
