Aerial Yoga Series I

Join Love More Hot Yoga as we learn how to fly, invert, and flow through some traditional yoga postures using the yoga sling to keep our alignment, build strength, and improve flexibility. Appropriate for first time Aerial students as well as those who want to co tune yo learn or refine their Aerial practice.
