Yoga Bootcamp: Strength Amplified

This class brings together your own body weight into the mix with use of resistance bands and yoga, LMHY Yoga Bootcamp was born. Boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass are key components as you move off the mats and strengthen yourself. You’ll combine resistance with your own body weight sequencing and cardio exercises to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
