In this workshop we will move through a sequence of postures , yoga asanas, designed to ground us , to return to center and come back to ourselves.
As we link movement to breath we will rejuvenate our whole system; Body, Mind & Spirit.
Nathalie will guide you through a simple and yet effective meditation. We will discuss the many benefits of meditation and how it can assist us in living a more balanced life. This workshop will also leave you with tools to continue or begin a daily meditation home practice.
