Join fellow Mamas and Mamas-to-be for this all levels yoga class focused on enhancing strength, cultivating compassion, and bringing balance to the beauty of birth. Whether you are nine months from baby's arrival and in need of movement, or nine months into Motherhood and require some rejuvenation, each class is designed to meet your specific needs. Carve out space for you and baby to bond while you enjoy releasing tension and building deep strength. This class is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women and widen your community while sharing resources and support. All babies under age 2 are welcome. Mamaste!
