Hot Core

Join us as we work from the inside outward starting with the top of the diaphragm with proper breathing!


Students will learn techniques to engage the deepest core muscles used to build strength, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, improve posture, ease back, hip, leg and shoulder pain. Class will consist of postures to awake obliques, lower back muscles, & pelvis. The focus will be on the alignment and fundamentals of the bridge pose to strengthen the glutes which will lead to chiseled abdominal muscles!!
