Mediation: The beginning of your practice
In this workshop, we will discuss exactly why & how the mind moves, preparing the body for mediation, explore the various techniques of meditation, working to find “your sit”, and finding the humor/forgiveness within your practice.
Meditation is about being comfortable and at peace. It is important to leave your preconceived notions of meditation behind, keep an open mind, bring your water, and wear comfortable clothing. This is a non-heated workshop and tea will be served.
