LONG SLOW & DEEP

Students will be led through a series of seated poses focusing on hamstrings, hips, and lower back with long holds to find a deeper connection to breath as well as body. You will work all the way around the hip joint to release stress and tension.  This class will transform students mind, body and spirit through challenging students flexibility, focus and stamina.
