Come Enjoy a 90 minute class where you will be able to escape the stresses and fast-paced world we live in.

Dr Mike Haas will lead you through a physically, emotionally, and mentally refreshing journey.  This practice will include 20 minutes of light yoga poses, then a deep relaxation to escape to the space between your thoughts.
