Yoga Nidra

Come enjoy a 60-minute class where you will be able to escape the stresses and fast paced world we live in.

This class will lead you through a physically, emotionally, and mentally refreshing journey.  It will include 20 minutes of light yoga poses, then a deep relaxation to escape the space between your thoughts.

Students will be guided into a state of meditative consciousness. A place between a fully awake and deep sleep. A place of blissful relaxation and restful state for the body, as well as the mind and spirit. Come experience this deep relaxation technique or "yogic sleep" that will leave the body nourished and ready for anything.
