This 60 minute class offers you an opportunity to be guided in a unique set of breathing patterns,  giving you room to grow in whatever way serves you the best. The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have and we often take it for granted or forget we have the power to change it. This class gives you the opportunity to work on your breathing patterns and establish one that suits you.
