Class will consist of postures to awake obliques, lower back muscles, & pelvis. The focus will be on the alignment and fundamentals of the bridge pose to strengthen the glutes which will lead to chiseled abdominal muscles!!

This free workshop will be divided into three parts, which will be approximately 30 minutes each.

The first part will educate you on what yoga is and the benefits of yoga. Join Rachael and Josh Riley in the nourishing practice of yoga and sound.  You will be guided through meditation and gentle restorative postures while receiving the healing effects of sound through sacred mantra.  Hands on assists will be given (if Permissible) and the power of mantra will work to relax the nervous system and raise the cosmic vibrations within.  Through the vibrations of these mantras we experience an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to experience universal love within.  Various instruments will be used including sound bowl, mountain dulcimer, guitar, chimes, and harmonium.  Please join us in the raising vibration within.
