Hot Flow

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES •90 minutes

A multi level vinyasa style class in a heated room which is ABOVE body temperature. This setting enables the body to sweat and detoxify allowing you to experience a deeper stretch which aids in the avoidance of injury.

Warm Flow

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES

A multi level vinyasa style class in a heated room which is BELOW body temperature. This allows you to experience a deeper stretch and aids in the avoidance of injury.

Warm Ashtanga Series

75 MINUTES

Ashtanga yoga practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscover his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness – physical, psychological and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (driste), we gain control of the senses and a deep awareness of ourselves. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.

Restorative Yoga

60 MINUTES

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It is conscious relaxation and makes use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health.

Non-Heated Flow

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES

These are multi-level vinyasa classes that are in a non heated room for those seeking to avoid heat and still get the benefits of yoga.

Hot Core

60 MINUTES

This class will provide you with techniques to engage the deepest core muscles used to build strength, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, improve posture, ease back, hip, leg and shoulder pain. The Class will consist of postures to awake obliques, lower back muscles, & pelvis. The focus will be on the alignment and fundamentals of the bridge pose to strengthen the glutes which will lead to chiseled abdominal muscles.

Yoga Nidra

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES

This class guides you into a state of meditative consciousness. A place between a fully awake and deep sleep. A place of blissful relaxation and restful state for the body as well as the mind and spirit. Come experience this deep relaxation technique or "yogic sleep" that will leave the body nourished and ready for anything.

Yoga Lab

60 MINUTES

This class provides you with the opportunity to break down poses and learn the correct alignment to deepen your understanding of your practice and poses.

Specialty Classes

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES •90 minutes

There are many specialty classes that take place at the studio.  These classes range from themed music classes, to blacklight yoga, Buti Yoga, Long, Slow, & Deep, and so many more.  These classes provide you the opportunity to explore and grow in your practice outside of the traditional class.

Private Sessions

60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES

Private yoga lessons offer clients the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
